Role Overview
Responsible for day‐to‐day delivery of major change initiatives, ensuring design, build, testing, and deployment occur within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. Coordinates multi‐disciplinary teams and manages all delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile / Sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Oversee build and test progress, ensuring quality assurance.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and stand‐ups.
- Maintain RAID log and enforce risk mitigation actions.
- Produce sprint metrics, progress dashboards, and governance packs.
- Coordinate readiness assessments and cutover rehearsals.
