We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Support Officer to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This role will involve supporting project teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including meeting minutes, presentations, and status updates.

Communication & Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews.
Ensure timely communication of project updates and decisions.
Support Processes:
Manage and maintain project-related tools and systems.
Assist with risk and issue tracking, ensuring they are logged and monitored effectively.
Monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocations, and procurement processes under guidance.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and frameworks.
Support post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and distribute regular project performance reports.
Analyze project data to provide insights for improving processes and outcomes.
