We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Inside Sales & Marketing Executive (UK & Ireland) to support the growth of VDA Telkonet in the UK & Ireland market through pipeline development, sales outreach, and strategic CRM management. Reporting directly to the UK & Ireland sales team and working closely with marketing and business development, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound email activities
- Identifying and qualifying prospects in the hospitality sector (hotels, operators, developers, and owners)
- Organizing qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Managing and maintaining the company CRM, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and updates
- Creating and segmenting target databases (hotel groups, operators, consultants, owners)
- Monitoring sales activities and pipeline progress
- Conducting market research and mapping key stakeholders in the UK & Ireland hospitality sector
- Identifying decision makers (owners, operators, asset managers, project teams)
- Supporting outbound campaigns and marketing activities (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Coordinating follow-ups from events, webinars, and inbound leads
- Reporting sales activities and monitoring performance KPIs
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
- Strong attitude toward cold calling and outbound outreach
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities

- Experience in hospitality, proptech, or B2B technology sectors
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach platforms
