We are looking for a Technical Service Specialist with a strong customer-oriented approach and solid technical troubleshooting skills, capable of supporting customers, partners and installers in the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, connectivity and configuration issues.

Working closely with customers and internal technical teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-level technical support via phone, email and remote support tools
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and system-related issues
  • Performing initial technical assessments and identifying appropriate corrective actions
  • Supporting remote system configuration, commissioning, testing and start-up activities
  • Verifying system parameters, connectivity and operating status
  • Managing technical support tickets from initial request through resolution or escalation
  • Maintaining accurate technical documentation, service records and knowledge-base content
  • Reporting recurring technical issues and product feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and support processes

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Automation or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in technical support, system support, field service or a similar technical role
  • Good understanding of hardware, software, connectivity and system troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with system configuration, remote testing and commissioning activities
  • Ability to manage multiple technical requests, priorities and escalation processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ticketing systems
