You will receive personal mentoring and leadership training, with a clear path to management within 6β12 months.
Compensation and Hours
- Salary: Β£27,000 β Β£29,000 (with performance-based reviews)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Rotating shifts between 7:30am β 6:30pm OR choose a fixed early shift (7:30am β 4:30pm) and enjoy your afternoons free!
- Location: Acton, W3 8GJ β only 2 minutes from South Acton Station
Responsibilities as a Trainee Deputy Manager
- Support the Nursery Manager and step in when needed
- Lead your team to deliver high-quality care and education
- Create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment
- Track children's progress in line with EYFS standards
- Build strong relationships with parents and staff
- Ensure all health, safety, and safeguarding standards are met
Person Specification
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- At least 2 years' experience as a Room Leader or in a senior practitioner
- Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- A positive, caring, and professional attitude
