About the Role
As an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner, you’ll receive full training and support to become a qualified Level 2 or 3 practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Help create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
- Support planned play and learning activities following the EYFS framework
- Work as part of a friendly team led by experienced practitioners and room leaders
- Learn how to provide high-quality care that supports each child’s individual needs
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive nursery environment
Requirements
- GCSE passes in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Good written and spoken English
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Commitment to complete your qualification within 18 months
