The Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable Family Law Solicitor to join our expanding Family Department. The successful candidate will undertake their own varied caseload of public law children matters, potentially with some limited private law work. Some advocacy experience is ideal and can be developed. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident handling legally aided work and who is passionate about representing children, parents, and other parties in care proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of public law children matters at all stages
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in family law
