In addition, you will have an important role in establishing the finance department.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide a consolidated view of the management companies for actual, forecast and budget figures.</li><li>Present financial management reports to the Speedinvest management.</li><li>Internalize the accounting & controlling activities as well as establish and improve the internal processes and procedures.</li><li>Interact with external providers, defending the position of Speedinvest.</li><li>Be responsible for preparing individual budget figures for cost and profit centres.</li><li>Perform deviation analysis between budget and actual figures.</li><li>Prepare financial statements & be responsible for financial market authority filings.</li><li>Collaborate with external service providers such as fund administrator and depository in managing fund liquidity, preparing drawdown and distribution notices.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business.</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced work environment (such as asset management, VC, PE, Consulting, IB).</li><li>Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient knowledge of Excel and BMD with an interest to learn new tools (e.g. Notion, Google Workspace).</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of flexibility to adjust to last-minute updates or changes.</li><li>Able to take the lead and ownership to get things done.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a goal-oriented environment.</li><li>Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization. The expected minimum salary for this role is EUR 70,000.00 gross annually.
