We’re looking for a detail-driven Customer Service Coordinator for 6-12 months with strong SAP experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain—owning order management end-to-end, solving challenges proactively, and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, high-quality service experience every time.

What you will be doing?

  • End-to-end order management with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
  • Proactively managing stock issues, delays, and customer communications
  • Resolving queries and supply chain issues through to completion
  • Working closely with logistics, planning, finance and commercial teams
  • Maintaining customer data, processing returns, and supporting KPI reporting

The ideal candidate

  • SAP experience (essential)
  • Customer service experience (B2B)
  • Experienced in order processing (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Supply chain or FMCG experience advantageous
