The Maintenance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at VCity ApartHotels in Glasgow City. This role is responsible for carrying out routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring all apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well-presented. Daily tasks include performing repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and furnishings, as well as supporting larger maintenance projects when required.   • Effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and safely, often with minimal supervision.

  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond flexibly to urgent maintenance requests.
