About the Role: This is a junior account specialist role focused on assisting our customers and sales staff with Microsoft and cloud sales opportunities. Administrating customer license, software and cloud queries and completing orders. Engaging with customers around new opportunities and identifying opportunities with existing customers. This role is key to assisting our cloud growth strategy, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients with Microsoft products and solutions. This is a junior role where the right candidate demonstrating the drive, organisational skills and attention to detail will receive a comprehensive training plan to progress their skills in Microsoft products, cloud skills and solution selling. This role is an ideal role for someone wanting to start their career in the world of technical sales.
