Senior Account Director Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Director, you will be the strategic and operational lead across key client accounts, responsible for driving innovative, integrated advertising campaigns that challenge the ordinary. Acting as the primary client partner, you will foster long-term relationships built on trust, insight, and results, ensuring our work consistently delivers both creative excellence and measurable impact.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams across planning, creative, production, and media to develop and execute campaigns that are bold and effective. You’ll be expected to inspire clients and internal teams alike with a deep understanding of brand strategy, market trends, and consumer behaviour, while maintaining a firm grasp on budgets, timelines, and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a track record of building successful client partnerships, managing complex campaign delivery, and nurturing a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Financial:
As a Senior Account Director at VCCP, you’ll be the lead strategic advisor for your clients, reporting to the Business Director/Managing Partner. You\'ll manage the account, lead your team in developing strategic proposals, and build strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth. You’ll also oversee revenue targets, client negotiations, and ensure profitability for the account.
Account & Project Management:
You’ll guide your account team to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work while fostering an entrepreneurial, proactive environment. Ensuring compliance with company procedures, managing contracts, and overseeing billing processes will be key responsibilities.
Delivering Exceptional Work:
You will lead the strategic and creative responses to briefs, ensuring work meets quality, budget, and KPIs. You\'ll oversee campaign evaluations and ensure results and learnings are shared across the agency to continually improve the quality of work.
Integration:
