We are the face of VCCP to candidates and external Recruitment partners, so confidence in communication (both written and verbal) is key. In line with the VCCP principles, we are always kind, understanding, and helpful. We use a soft, rather than a sales approach to recruitment.
We are an agile and collaborative team of 5, who work closely together on live vacancies, offering and encouraging recruitment ideas and solutions. On a day-to-day basis, we use different methods for sourcing candidates, such as LinkedIn headhunting, referrals, network partnerships, and liaising with external recruitment partners. This enables us to build a continuous pipeline and network with future talent whilst making the relevant recommendations for interviews.
Responsibilities- Booking interviews for all candidates for the team quickly and efficiently - liaising with the internal hiring managers and booking meeting rooms.

- Assisting with ad hoc projects for the team (and wider business), such as events and socials.
- Building collaborative working relationships with hiring and line managers in the business.
- Adhering to our SLAs of responding to candidates and emails within 24 hours, keeping feedback constructive and as positive as possible, even when they are unsuccessful.
- Manage external Recruitment Partner onboarding - sending ToB and updating the PSL.
- Ensuring attention to detail, so that all interviews are arranged in the correct format, and candidates are submitted to hiring/line managers in a consistent manner.
- Staying up to date with VCCP client wins and news, and filtering updates to the team.
- Keeping an eye on what’s going on in the industry for competitor agency news.
- Over time, there may be a requirement to help with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn - ensuring that VCCP is working towards reaching diversity and inclusion goals when recruiting.
An enthusiastic, highly collaborative person with a ‘lean in’ approach to their work. Approachable and personable. A passion for recruitment and being part of someone’s journey into VCCP.
