THE ROLE

The Front of House Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming, and well‑organised workplace experience for clients, visitors, and employees.

They will be part of the VCCP House Team, which encompasses support, facilities, and events.

This role supports the daily operations of reception, meeting rooms, and workplace hospitality services.

The Front of House Coordinator ensures client areas are maintained to a high standard, meeting spaces are prepared and supported, and visitors receive a seamless and positive experience when attending the office.

The role works closely with the Office Support, Facilities, and Events teams to support meetings, workplace services, and internal events.

With that in mind, this role is a chance for someone with a burning passion for a career in Advertising to get their foot in the door.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House & Reception
  • Provide professional reception coverage, greeting visitors and managing arrivals.
  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all clients, guests, and employees.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and coordinate guest arrivals with hosts.
  • Meeting Rooms & Hospitality
  • Prepare meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, organised, and ready for use.
  • Provide refreshments and catering support for meetings and client visits where required.
  • Coordinate external catering deliveries and assist with meeting hospitality setup and clearing.
  • Ensure the kitchen and tea point areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of organisation. Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and workplace coordination where required.
  • Support courier deliveries, collections, and internal distribution of packages.
  • Maintain operational records and communicate maintenance or facilities issues to the relevant teams.
  • Events Support
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of internal and client events.
  • Provide on-the-day support for meetings and events, including hospitality and guest coordination.
