  • Develop and implement management dashboards for global leaders, agency heads, and account managers to enable proactive decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Establish data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure timely, accurate and secure data flow across platforms.

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a scalable data strategy aligned with business goals and value creation plans.
  • Build and lead a lean but high-performing data team of 5 people, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation.
  • Act as a data evangelist across the organisation, promoting data literacy and embedding data-driven thinking into core processes.

Data Governance & Architecture

  • Design and implement robust data architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security standards.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, lineage, and accessibility, analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and visualisation tools.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, and operational teams to identify and solve business challenges using data.
  • Support with KPI tracking, board reporting, and portfolio-level analytics.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, integration, and analytics (MS Fabric experience preferred).
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of data sources and business systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence and challenge at senior levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and delivery.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Sector experience in advertising, media, or technology.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, dbt, Snowflake, Python/R, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and operational analytics.
