The Big Picture:
VCCP is the Challenger Agency for Challenger Brands. An independent, multi-functional creative company, that exists to transform its clients fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in.
VCCP is fully integrated, with deep capabilities in data and analytics, brand strategy, communications, customer experience, media, production and distribution. The company was founded in 2002 in London, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai,
Sydney, Madrid and Prague.
Our London office has been shortlisted for Campaign magazine’s Agency of the Year almost every year for the past decade, topping the new business table 9 years out of the last 10.

VCCP Media is a full service agency that sits at the heart of the VCCP Group. We offer clients the full spectrum of paid media capabilities from TV , cinema and radio, to social, PPC, SEO consultancy, Data & Technology consultancy.
The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious, creatively driven Head of Biddable to lead our Platform & Walled Gardens team: the future-facing team responsible for activating across search, social, commerce, and generative platforms. This role isn’t about automation and efficiency alone. It’s about creating standout, brand-building digital work in some of the most attention-challenging but high-engagement environments on Earth, from TikTok to YouTube, Amazon to Meta, Google to Generative AI. We want someone who’s obsessed with platform craft and performance, passionate about data and tech, but just as obsessed with creative brilliance. Someone who knows how to push the boundaries of what branded content can be inside platforms, and how to partner with creatives, strategists, and clients to make work that lands culturally, builds brands, and delivers impact. You’ll lead a high-performing team, managing two Biddable Directors across different disciplines, and play a key leadership role in defining the ambition, identity and future of this vital capability and the agency.
About You:
We want someone who thinks beyond the click, someone who believes that platforms area a place to tell brand stories, build emotional connection, and make work people don't just scroll past, but share.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading high-performing digital media teams across paid social,
search, and/or commerce platforms.
- A deep understanding of how to drive brand and business impact inside platforms.
- An instinctive understanding of how to make platform-specific creative work harder, and
a track record of doing this with creative teams.
- Strong platform relationships and knowledge across Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon,
Snap, Pinterest etc.
- A strategic thinker and team leader who can confidently set direction, coach talent, and
collaborate across disciplines.
