VCCP is the Challenger Agency for Challenger Brands. An independent, multi-functional creative company, that exists to transform its clients fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in.

About You:

We want someone who thinks beyond the click, someone who believes that platforms area a place to tell brand stories, build emotional connection, and make work people don't just scroll past, but share.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Manager to join VCCP Media on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The role sits within our digital investment team and spans two key disciplines: paid social and programmatic display. You will be a hands-on delivery specialist with an excellent understanding of how to execute smart, creative, and high-performing digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, and others. As a media agency that puts creative integration at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for someone who cares deeply about how digital media can elevate creative ideas and vice versa. This role is about more than just delivering numbers; it’s about delivering work that is memorable, effective, and brand-building.

Skills and Experience:

  • A number of years of hands-on experience in buying across Meta, TikTok, and at least one

programmatic DSP DV360, TTD, etc.)

  • A track record of delivering high-quality campaigns with strong commercial and creative

outcomes

  • Confident using data to influence creative optimisation and client decision-making
  • Strong communicator, internally and externally
  • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working across media, creative, and client teams
  • Previous client management experience (including reporting, pacing, and day-to-day

queries)

  • Experience mentoring or line-managing junior talent
