An independent, 1,500-person strong creative company, that exists to transform its clients' fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in. VCCP is fully integrated, with deep capabilities in data and analytics, brand strategy, communications, customer experience, media, production and distribution. The company was founded in 2002 in London, with offices in New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, Madrid and Prague. Job Summary:
- Creative: Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work in collaboration with the Planning and Creative departments. Actively challenge and improve work to meet VCCP's high creative standards. Prepare and present creative briefs and client presentations.
- Strategic: Contribute to the strategic process with a deep understanding of the client’s industry and competitors. Provide well-informed strategic insights and solutions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with junior-to-mid-level clients. Manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain calm and charm when handling client and internal team needs. Support the Account Director in managing the business.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams. Capture and relay client feedback to relevant teams.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Lead and motivate creative and planning teams. Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with producers. Support the creative production process and drive teamwork.
- Financial: Assist the Account Director in managing the financial aspects of the account, including budgeting and forecasting. Keep track of production costs while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Integration: Ensure that ideas are adaptable across all media platforms, promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns. Foster cross-team collaboration to avoid siloed thinking.
