VCCP is the Challenger Agency for Challenger Brands. An independent, 1,500-person strong creative company, that exists to transform its clients' fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in. Contract Account Manager
- Creative: Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work in collaboration with the Planning and Creative departments. Actively challenge and improve work to meet VCCP's high creative standards. Prepare and present creative briefs and client presentations.
- Client Management: Support the Account Director in managing the business.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Lead and motivate creative and planning teams. Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with producers. Support the creative production process and drive teamwork.
- Financial: Assist the Account Director in managing the financial aspects of the account, including budgeting and forecasting. Keep track of production costs while identifying opportunities for growth.
