VCCP is the Challenger Agency for Challenger Brands. An independent, 1,500-person strong creative company, that exists to transform its clients fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in. VCCP is fully integrated, with deep capabilities in data and analytics, brand strategy, communications, customer experience, media, production and distribution. Our London office has been shortlisted for Campaign magazine’s Agency of the Year almost every year for the past decade, topping the new business table 9 years out of the last 10.
Commercial & Financial: As a Account Director at VCCP, you’ll be the lead strategic advisor for your clients, reporting to the Business Director/Managing Partner. You'll manage the account, lead your team in developing strategic proposals, and build strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth. You’ll also oversee revenue targets, client negotiations, and ensure profitability for the account.
Account & Project Management: You’ll guide your account team to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work while fostering an entrepreneurial, proactive environment. Ensuring compliance with company procedures, managing contracts, and overseeing billing processes will be key responsibilities. You will lead the strategic and creative responses to briefs, ensuring work meets quality, budget, and KPIs. You'll oversee campaign evaluations and ensure results and learnings are shared across the agency to continually improve the quality of work.
Talent Management: You’ll help recruit, develop, and retain top talent. By motivating and inspiring your team, you'll contribute to their growth through timely appraisals and career development.
