We are disruptors of influence, on a relentless mission to challenge the norm to stay ahead of how influence is earned - and created.

We’re a 150-person powerhouse and from synthetic audience tools and proprietary AI technology, to thumb-stopping creativity, we are obsessed with being at the forefront of what’s next.

THE ROLE

This is a brand new role for a creatively disruptive, Earned Creative (mid weight), to be part of a creative team delivering impactful campaign ideas.

We’re looking for an ambitious creative brain to help us deliver extraordinary work and help grow the creative reputation of the agency.

Someone who is passionate about the power of earned ideas to build brands, as we’re not just about flash-in-the-pan headlines, we focus on activating creatively disruptive campaigns that deliver sustained impact for brands.

This is an earned-media creative role (as a wider creative team, we also generate marketing campaigns), focused on PR, social and influencer ideas predominantly across our consumer and tech practices (we also have a FS practice, where you might be asked to work on the occasional brief) and B2C and B2B audiences.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a wider creative team of 40 people, including conceptual creatives and integrated designers and editors, so you’ll get exposure to hugely talented and experienced colleagues.

In the wider agency, you’ll work alongside strategy & planning, PR account management and the influencer & social team.

It’s a fast-paced environment, with lots of opportunity to work on new business, as well as blue-chip clients including Bosch, Pepsico, Halfords, Krispy Kreme, National Rail, Bloomberg, Salesforce, Getty Images and Paulo Alto Networks.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a creative agency environment, and are now looking for your next step to build your experience.

You’ll be immersed in social media, have a finger on the pulse of trends in culture and be able to bring this into ideas that brands want to buy.

  • A social media native, with an excellent knowledge of Meta and Tik Tok (with other social platforms a bonus), understanding how brands can creatively utilise influencers as part of campaign activation.
  • A good understanding of best-in-class earned ideas look like today (and tomorrow), through a strong portfolio of creative contributions to campaigns.
  • Experience of working across briefs that span the range of earned channels - developing ‘on-strategy’ ideas that fly in editorial channels.
  • To be conceptually and strategically opinionated about earned creative, and confident in your ideas that are rooted in strategy, thanks to the ability to distill problems and ideas into simple, easy-to-buy concepts.
  • ROLE SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Previous agency experience in a creative role, ideally with a background in editorial PR ideas (with the capability to work in social and influence).
  • Proven earned experience in developing ‘on-strategy’ ideas, with results that show your understanding of what makes an idea fly in editorial channels.
  • Broad sector experience, ie food/drink, FMCG, tech, retail, travel etc across consumer and business audiences
  • Experience in presenting and pitching (this role can be client facing), with the ability to show your ideas are rooted in insight and ‘sell’ them to external audiences.
  • Experience of the creative process - from working with a strategy, interrogating a creative brief, developing a campaign creative platform (a way-in), building that into a big idea and earned activation tactics
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment - with the agility and flexibility to work on a range of projects.
  • Comfortable working with other specialists (and outside suppliers) to explode ideas into broader campaign content e. g. video, photography, editors, post production houses etc.
