About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Account Executive to join our marketing team.

This includes writing sharp social copy, briefing speakers, assisting on shoot days, occasionally presenting on camera, and editing videos.

  • Editing & post-production: cut and polish video content quickly using social-first editing tools (preferably Cap Cut).
  • Social media management: maintain and update social media calendars, schedule posts, monitor channels, and track performance metrics to optimise future content.
  • Client & account support: manage essential administrative documents across multiple client accounts, adapt creative strategies to suit diverse brands, and support filming days on-location or in-studio.
  • Team collaboration: partner closely with internal Account Management, Design, and Content/Editorial teams, while actively contributing ideas during internal and client meetings.
  • Key Requirements
  • Content & editing experience: proven track record in social media content creation, with experience editing video content (Cap Cut proficiency is a strong plus).
  • On-camera presence: charismatic, friendly, and confident - may be required to present or appear in social videos.
  • Strong copywriting skills: ability to write clear, engaging, and platform-native social copy.
  • Adaptable & fast-paced: comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, meeting tight deadlines, and adjusting tone/style across different client verticals (tech and financial services).
  • Client-facing confidence: comfortable communicating and sharing creative concepts on client calls and supporting live production days.
  • Attention to detail & positive attitude: meticulous with account admin and schedules, brought to life with a sunny disposition and a passion for digital storytelling.
