VCCP Media is a full-service agency that sits at the heart of the VCCP Partnership. We offer clients the full spectrum of paid media capabilities from TV, cinema and radio, to social, PPC and SEO consultancy.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Executive to help us redefine what programmatic is as a channel and be at the heart of our activation. You’ll be moving beyond just ‘pressing buttons’ to helping us build VCCPm, our nuanced way of buying that prioritises memorability and effectiveness over cheap reach. This role is perfect for someone who has the technical foundations of programmatic but wants to apply them in a smarter, more creative way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Short-Term:
  • Platform Mastery: Ownership of campaign set-up and daily management across programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • VCCPm Delivery: Helping the team implement our unique buying strategies to ensure zero wastage and high-impact placements.
  • Digital Activation: Manage the trafficking process, ensure the right tags are in place, and pull insights on what is working (CM360 / Flashtalking are both used).
  • AI Integration: Use AI LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT) as part of your day-to-day workstreams to automate manual tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Client Strategy: Work across a range of clients and verticals, providing proactive ideas, reporting, and deeper insight.
  • Lead internal campaign workflows: briefing creative, managing QA, and maintaining strong alignment with planning and analytics.
  • Reporting & Insights: Pulling data and, more importantly, helping to explain why something worked (or didn’t) to our clients.
  • Medium Term:
    • Collaborate with strategy, planning and creative teams to evolve how paid media supports brand storytelling and challenger thinking.
    • Take ownership of campaign performance evaluation and optimisations, identifying patterns across platforms and accounts.
    • Help create how-to guides for the wider team to ensure we are always following best-in-class digital practices.
    • Begin identifying new opportunities to push the creative application of digital media — from formats and placements to audience targeting.
  • Long Term:
    • Champion test-and-learn frameworks to demonstrate incremental improvement in creative performance and audience engagement.
    • Build external relationships with key platform partners.
    • Shape how digital campaigns are evaluated beyond just metrics — helping define new standards of effectiveness.
