VCCP is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join its busy in-house team in Central London. The role requires a commercially minded lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, preferably with in-house experience, strong IP and contracts background, and an ability to work across global offices.
You will draft and negotiate a variety of contracts, review advertising materials for compliance, and advise on data privacy and regulatory issues, while collaborating with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
