VCare24 Ltd in Hull is seeking a dedicated care assistant to provide dignified support to vulnerable individuals with SEN or learning difficulties, following individual care plans and safety regulations.
You will work under supervision, maintain confidential records, complete DBS checks, and participate in induction and ongoing training.
A full driving license is preferred but not required.
