We are looking for an RVN with a passion to make a better world of pets, to join a skilled team of nurses. Avonvale, a group of seven primary care practices in Warwickshire with over 40 years of experience, is dedicated to looking after small animals and developing our employees' skills in surgery, imaging and medicine.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of procedures and advanced nursing techniques in a setting with highly qualified surgeons holding various certificates.
- Work alongside experienced nurses in areas such as anaesthesia, emergency, client care, behaviour and other special interests.
- Support Patient Care Assistants to deliver the highest standards of care for our patients.
- Perform out‑of‑hours work – nights or weekends – based on personal preference, with a relaxed rota (1:13 weekends, 1:10 nights, 1:8 Saturday afternoon and 1:7 Saturday mornings).
