Location: Peak Vets, Sheffield

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, shift pattern between 07:45 and 20:30, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.

Overview

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our client care team at Peak Vets. The front‑of‑house team is the face and voice of our business and works closely with the clinical team to ensure clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
  • Managing the diary: booking appointments and surgical procedures.
  • Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
  • Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
  • Performing administrative duties such as scanning paperwork, filling forms, etc.
  • Processing prescription requests.
  • Taking payments.
  • Promoting offers and services.
  • Ensuring that all areas are clean and well‑stocked.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident using the telephone.
  • Reception or client care experience desirable.
  • Passion and love for animals.
