Job Type: Permanent, part time
Hours: 34 hours per week, job share will be considered. Shifts will vary between the hours of 8am - 6.45pm on weekdays. One in 5 Saturdays 8.45am to 4.45pm.
We are looking for a friendly and personable Client Care Assistant to join our team at the Warren House Group in Kent. If you are a friendly, caring and compassionate person who has excellent communication and administration skills, we would like to hear from you. Previous experience of working in a veterinary practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. However, you need to be confident working in a busy, client-facing role.
The role will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phone calls
- Booking appointments using a diary management system
- General administrative work
- Stock control and cleaning of public and clinical areas
At times this is a very emotive environment and you will need to be a calm and supportive presence for our clients.

Warren House Veterinary Surgery first opened in 1982 at the Rochester site. Since starting the business, it has continually grown and is now a group of four small animal practices based in the Medway Towns. Our Practice strives to deliver a very high standard of care to our clients and their pets and to deliver exceptional customer service.
