Shift Pattern: 5 nights on (8pm‑8am), 9 nights off

About Us

We are an internationally acclaimed referral centre of excellence for specialist veterinary care. Our RCVS‑accredited practice offers access to one of the largest groups of veterinary specialists within the UK and Europe. We continuously aim to provide the highest standards of medical and surgical care for our patients within a caring and compassionate environment. Our team consists of over 60 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN) and 31 recognised specialists in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, cardiology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia.

Responsibilities

You will work overnight shifts from 8pm to 8am on a rotation of 5 nights on and 9 nights off, for an average of 30 hours per week. You will be working alongside a supportive team of night nurses, nursing assistants and a Veterinary Surgeon. The role focuses on in‑patient care; we do not provide emergency cover overnight outside of our own registered patients. Full support and a full induction period will be given to ensure you feel settled within the team and your new working environment.

Qualifications

At least one year qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
