Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a cardiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves clinical and interventional cardiology, delivering independent patient care and collaborating with specialists in diagnostic imaging, anaesthesia, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, oncology and neurology.
Qualifications
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Be an MRCVS or FRCVS and hold a veterinary degree registrable with the RCVS
- Residency‑trained
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Location & Facilities
The North Downs Specialist Referrals centre is situated in the Surrey Hills, within 30 minutes by train of central London and 20 minutes by car of Gatwick Airport. The cardiology department is fully equipped with a GE Vivid E95 ultrasound machine, phased array probes, transoesophageal probes with 3D imaging, echopac software, ECG and digital Holter, and an IR suite with a Philips BV Endura R2.3 fluoroscopy C‑arm for minimally invasive procedures.
