Overview: Avonvale provides a supportive environment for veterinary nurses across seven Primary Care practices. This role is based at the Heathcote branch and includes out‑of‑hours work, with nights or weekend duties available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care across a wide range of veterinary procedures, including consultation, anaesthesia support and emergency care.
- Work within a fully utilised nursing team, including schedule 3 and advanced nursing techniques.
- Collaborate with patient care assistants to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Participate in out‑of‑hours duties, selecting either night or weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications: Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a passion for animal welfare.
Salary & Overtime: Competitive salary: £29,993 per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time). Out‑of‑hours and weekend work paid on top.
