An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic Practice Administrator to join our Glasgow team. The Practice Administrator will be the central link between the clinical and non-clinical needs of the practice’s operation but also with the wider Veterinary Vision team.

As a Practice Administrator, your role will encompass various crucial aspects, including health and safety, financial management (including debt and insurance), line management of the reception team and coordination of complaints. Working closely with our clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our exacting standards of client and patient care.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Implementing and adhering to H&S policies
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs within the practice
  • Dealing with client concerns and complaints
  • Supporting the team with the day to day running of the practice
  • Regulatory Compliance Health and Safety, Data Control, Pharmacy, Waste and RCVS
  • Successfully cascading information and decisions from senior leadership to the team
  • Decision making and escalation awareness
  • Regular communication with Practice Manager and other members of senior management
  • Work with the clinical leads to ensure processes and protocols are in place, visible, understood and adhered to.

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week.
