Location: City Vets, Heavitree and St Thomas

Job type: Part-time, permanent

Hours: 32.6 hours per week. Plus Saturdays on a rota basis

Shifts: Mon - Weds 1.30pm - 7pm, Thurs 8-6 and Fri 1.30-7pm

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and helpful manner
  • Diary management
  • Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations
  • Day to day administrative duties
  • Communicating with clients, colleagues, and the wider business face-to-face, through email and telephone
  • Maintaining the organisation and hygiene standards of the reception areas
  • Processing payments in various forms
  • Processing repeat medication requests
