Equine and Farm Veterinary Surgeon. Salary: £60-65,000 depending on experience, plus up to £5,000 welcome bonus. Location: Shires Vets Farm, Staffordshire.

Responsibilities

  • Primary focus on equine practice with occasional farm calls and farm out‑of‑hours work.
  • Work load biased towards equine.
  • Will play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth and leadership of the team.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years veterinary experience.
  • Strong clinical background in equine medicine.
  • Motivation to progress to a lead veterinarian/clinical director role.
  • Demonstrated ability to support junior team members.
