Why Join City Vets?
We’re proud of a lot of things at City Vets, but most of all we’re proud of our culture. Modern, extremely well‑equipped practice: our main centre in Heavitree is supported by three nearby branch practices in Alphington, St Thomas and Whipton. State‑of‑the‑art facilities – including CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, dental imaging (across all operating sites), and separate wards for dogs, cats and exotics.
Exceptional clinical expertise – our team includes multiple certificate holders in surgery, medicine and imaging, with further qualifications underway in exotics and surgery. We are also supported by visiting specialists in cardiology (HeartVets), ophthalmology and physiotherapy. Our nursing team are our superpower.
