Location: Village Vet Queens Park, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill, St. John's Wood and West Hampstead

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42 Hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 7.30pm. (plus 1 bank holiday shift per year)

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Care team at Village Vet. This is a float role working across 5 sites in North and North West London. Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued. In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
  • Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries
  • Taking payment for services and products
  • Managing cash, stock and client accounts
  • Opening and closing the practice

The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.
