Our client is a membership organisation working across British luxury businesses, promoting and developing the sector in the UK and internationally.

It runs a flagship annual summit, an awards programme, senior leadership dinners and a talent development programme, supports members on sustainability, skills, trade and growth, and acts as a collective voice for the sector with government, media and industry stakeholders.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you'll manage around 30 Strategic and Associate Partners plus all event sponsors β€” logging and delivering every commitment, keeping partners engaged and well served, and spotting opportunities to deepen relationships.

You'll also support proposals and pitches to new partners, building sales decks in Canva.

You'll own the organisation's flagship luxury industry publication end to end β€” advertising sales, deadlines and production β€” a standout area for independent growth.

Senior candidates get full autonomy over clients, process and pitching, including leading pitches solo, rather than a supporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities Manage existing partners as their primary relationship contact; drive retention by monitoring engagement and flagging risk Coordinate all sponsorship deliverables, including flagship awards and the annual summit Keep the CRM and partnership trackers accurate and current Hold five-plus partner / prospect meetings a week; represent the organisation at industry events Support new partner onboarding and prospective partner pitches Lead sales and commercial operations for the flagship publication Work closely with events, communications, government affairs and partnerships teams, and help build partnership decks and pitches About You Two to four years in sales, client services or account management β€” luxury, media, publishing, hospitality, membership bodies or B2B partnerships all relevant, though not essential.

Genuinely curious about the sector, and quick to build trust at every level, from CEO to brand manager.

Strong commercial acumen, sharp attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple partnerships under pressure.

Comfortable with CRM, Microsoft 365, Canva and Excel.

A generous, hands-on team player who gets things properly done, not just discussed.
