Due to rapid growth, the business is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator. The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that underpin the sales process, assisting with proposals, coordinating internal teams, and helping maintain customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams.
- Create and maintain sales documentation and proposals.
- Liaise with internal departments to support timely order processing and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare reports and sales data using Excel.
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure sales processes are followed.
