V&C Associates' Travel Department has been retained to recruit an Americas Sales Specialist on behalf of our client — a leading, award-winning tour operator with an outstanding reputation for bespoke travel experiences. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate travel professional to join a high-performing Americas Sales team with strong career prospects.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional sales and service to clients interested in holidays across your specialist region, with a focus on conversion, retention, margin, and account management.
- Managing both new and existing client accounts via phone, email and in-person meetings.
- Keeping yourself and the team current on specialist product knowledge through competitor research, data analysis, client research and familiarisation trips.
- Supporting the Region Manager and senior team members with day-to-day operations, including input into recruitment and training.
Minimum 2–5 years' work experience; a background in bespoke North America travel is beneficial but not essential — passion and knowledge are the priority. Proven ability to deliver high-quality results to deadline.
