&C Associates are working exclusively with a prestigious luxury interior brand with their products sold in 60+ countries, and a beautiful London showroom. They're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support professional to be the calm, reliable professional that keeps clients happy and the business moving.
The role involves being the first point of contact for customer enquiries — owning issues from start to finish and working across sales, engineering, production and logistics to get things resolved. Day to day, you'll also be handling quotes, processing orders, maintaining CRM and MRP systems, and covering the wider sales team when needed. It's varied, it's fast-paced, and there's real room to grow.
You’ll be a great fit if you’re:
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- A natural problem-solver who communicates clearly
- Confident on the phone and via email
- Strong on Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems (Prospects experience is a bonus)
- From a design-led background — though full product training is provided, so not essential
- A speaker of a second language? That's always a welcome plus in a global business
This is a genuinely lovely place to work — a design-led business with real heritage, a close-knit team, and a product range you'll be proud to represent. If you're looking for a role where your people skills and attention to detail are truly valued, we'd love to hear from you.
