V&C Associates are executive search organisation working with Global Brands and we are working with a known beauty brand who have a rapidly growing presence across the UK, US, and AUS, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and spearhead multi-channel growth. The position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy across all key functions.
This role demands a strong commercial mindset, creative storytelling expertise, and deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and influencer.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth engagement.
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning
- Oversee all aspects of marketing across on a global scale, ensuring cohesion in brand messaging and market expansion strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the overall business vision and expansion plans.
- Ensure a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Work with Digital to drive e-commerce revenue growth through paid social, PPC, SEO, CRM, and UX/CRO strategies.
- Oversee data-driven performance marketing strategies, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
PR, Events & Partnerships
- Drive high-impact PR and media strategies, securing global press coverage and increasing brand visibility.
- Oversee high-profile events, launch parties, and pop-ups, ensuring immersive brand experiences that drive engagement.
- Foster relationships with media, celebrity stylists, and industry partners to enhance brand credibility.
- Ensure all PR and event initiatives align with commercial goals and strengthen brand positioning.
Creative & Brand Direction
- Define and refine the brands identity, tone of voice, and visual storytelling, ensuring alignment across all channels.
- Oversee the development of global campaigns, ensuring creative consistency across marketing, social, and digital platforms.
- Ensure brand messaging resonates with our target audiences, adapting creative strategies for each market.
- Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to develop high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ads, and social media.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilise data analytics, insights, and consumer behaviour research to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CLV, AOV, engagement rates) and adjust marketing spend accordingly.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and advanced data tools to track and enhance performance.
- Deliver monthly reports and insights to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on marketing performance and impact.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the growth and structuring of the marketing teams to support business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to team members, ensuring long-term success.
- Lead a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-driven execution.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a high-growth, consumer-facing brand, not necessarily from a beauty back ground Fashion experience and exposure would be preferable.
- Deep expertise across digital marketing, e-commerce growth, brand marketing, PR, and collaborations.
- Highly commercial mindset with a strong ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Innovative and creative thinker, able to push boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, with experience scaling brands internationally.
