V&C Associates are working in partnership to recruit a General Manager to join of the UK largest Real Estate organisation that own a large portfolio of luxury living apartments responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the commercial and financial success of their property or cluster. This role combines operational leadership, wellbeing, asset management, and financial performance to create a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and part of a strong community.
- Develop and deliver a clear property/cluster strategy, aligned with national objectives while setting local priorities.
- Drive commercial success including occupancy, rental growth, and profitability, while monitoring costs and debt collection.
- Oversee asset condition, compliance, and safety, ensuring all statutory requirements and service standards are met.
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and safe; manage capital planning in partnership with specialists.
- Attract, engage, and develop high-performing teams; foster a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued.
- Act decisively on student feedback and welfare concerns, prioritising wellbeing and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, partners, and community stakeholders.
