Our client, is recruiting for a talented and creative Freelance Designer to join their created design team working with the design and development for a Luxury brand. This key position will be reporting to the CEO, developing and designing capsule collections working closely with all functions of the business with frequent development trips to India and the Far East.
Strong experience in sophisticated fashion creativity working with delicate fabrics such as silks, and woven/Jersey dresses with China factory knowledge., + Trend presentations to senior level, commercially identifying fabric/styles appropriate to the business

Confidently initiate the design and development from concept to production

Undertake regular comparative shop reports and fashion trends

International travel including Trade Exhibitions

Working closely with fabric suppliers, buyers and technologists to create commercial products.

Ability to work effectively in generating creative briefs.

Strong organisation skills

Must have a strong understanding of woven dresses and blouses

Strong trend and catwalk knowledge
