Customer Relationship Management Manager
V&C Associates are partnering with an established and growing retail organisation on an exciting CRM Manager position. This role involves leading the CRM strategy, managing the customer loyalty program, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with retail and brand teams to drive customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, website content, and digital loyalty cards, ensuring campaigns are personalised and data-driven.
- Own the Rewards loyalty program, increasing sign-ups, growing customer lifetime value, and optimizing retention through campaign analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Design and manage email campaigns (automation, ad hoc sends, A/B testing), maintaining a schedule that aligns commercial priorities with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Retail Store Managers and Brands to hit loyalty KPIs and nurture co‑investment in CRM marketing efforts.
- Uphold strict data governance and GDPR compliance, standardising how customer information is collected and managed.
- Oversee a CRM budget, allocating funds across channels (push, SMS, events, social) to reinforce key messages.
- Report weekly to senior leadership and annually to the Board on progress and new initiatives, using results to guide future strategies.
- Directly manage a team (CRM Executives and Digital Designers) to drive output and creativity, supporting professional growth.
Requirements
- Experience in retail marketing or a customer-focused sector, with proven success in loyalty program management.
- Hands‑on expertise with CRM systems and CMS platforms, plus deep skills in email, SMS, and push lifecycle marketing.
- Demonstrated capability in growing databases, customer acquisition, campaign planning, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Analytical and creative mindset: able to interpret data, critique creative, and propose strategic solutions that balance commercial and customer needs.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship‑building skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team management experience, ideally nurturing talent and promoting a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
- Budget Management.
- Interest in fashion, beauty, home interiors, and retail is advantageous.
