V&C Associates have been exclusively briefed on a fantastic opportunity for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join an incredible womenswear brand. This is a chance to take full ownership of a growing digital business, leading strategy and execution across a brand with genuine momentum and a loyal customer following.

The Position

  • Ecommerce
    • Own the end-to-end ecommerce function spanning digital sales strategy, CRM, performance marketing, and technology.
    • Manage day-to-day trading including web merchandising, product launches, content updates, and product uploads — maintaining best-in-class UX throughout.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce activity, including platform integrations and warehouse coordination.
    • Using Shopify Plus.
    • Lead life cycle marketing via Klaviyo — campaigns, flows, and segmentation — to optimise engagement and conversion.
    • Own the eCommerce calendar, aligning seasonal drops, promotions, and campaigns across channels.
    • Manage paid advertising across Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads, optimising for ROAS and revenue growth.
    • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to senior leadership via GA4.
  • Digital Growth & SEO
    • Own SEO strategy across on-page, technical, and content to drive organic traffic growth.
    • Develop creative assets and copy for paid media, bringing innovative thinking to drive revenue.
  • Social Media
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
    • Manage the content calendar, engage online communities in brand voice, and oversee influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Customer Services
    • Lead the customer services function across email, phone, and social, collaborating with logistics to resolve order and fulfillment queries efficiently.
    • Manage and optimise the helpdesk platform (e.g. Freshdesk) for effective case handling and reporting.

Experience required

  • Proven eCommerce management or trading experience, ideally on Shopify.
  • Proficient in GA4, with a strong grasp of PPC, SEO, and paid digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar, including flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Track record managing paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and In Design.
  • Experience managing brand social accounts within retail or eCommerce, including influencer partnerships.
  • Experienced with helpdesk platforms such as Freshdesk and a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
