V&C Associates are excited to be working with a lovely and well‑established womenswear brand — known for elegant design and exceptional quality — who are recruiting a newly created position for a Digital Marketeer to join a growing close‑knit team. This is a varied role spanning digital marketing, content and customer service, where your contribution will be visible and valued from day one.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Own the Klaviyo programme (or similar) — campaigns, flows, welcome sequences and post‑purchase journeys
  • Monitor performance and bring forward ideas to improve open rates, click‑throughs and conversion
  • Manage list health, segmentation and audience management

Social Media

  • Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X
  • Engage with the community and stay across trends relevant to the brand and customer
  • Help grow a loyal, engaged following

Content Creation

  • Write copy for emails, social and website with a consistent, elegant brand voice
  • Support campaign shoots and manage the digital asset library
  • Use Canva, Adobe or similar tools to produce on‑brand visual content

Customer Service

  • Handle customer enquiries via email and phone with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage returns, order queries and escalations efficiently
  • Feed customer insights back to the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce coordinator role
  • Strong written communication — tone and detail matter to you
  • Confident across multiple channels and comfortable switching priorities
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe or similar
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform
  • A genuine interest in fashion or lifestyle brands
