As Registered Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care for the young people who live there. What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the home in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015
  • Shaping and delivering the home's Statement of Purpose and care practices
  • Supervising, coaching, and developing your staff team
  • Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Building strong relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
  • Overseeing budgets, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring therapeutic approaches (including PACE, trauma-informed care, and ARC) are embedded in practice
  • Driving continuous improvement across all areas of the service
