Ever thought of working for a great cause? I’m working with an incredible global charity to help them source a Senior Change Manager for full lifecycle change projects, from the discovery phase onwards, for a global systems implementation project moving from an on-prem finance platform to a SaaS model.
Essential experience, we’re looking for:
- Experience assessing change impact across complex system implementation projects
- Extensive experience in change management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define a clear way forward, resolve issues and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Demonstrable coaching skills to develop others' capabilities in change management

This is a challenging role for an international charity, offering high complexity and interesting work. It’s a fully remote (100%) perm role paying circa £65k, with excellent benefits including 32 days of holiday, gym membership, and a generous pension.
