A fully remote (UK‑based) opportunity for a still hands‑on, pragmatic Head of Data Governance who wants to apply their skills and experience for a positive cause. This global movement generates enormous volumes of data that are used for multiple purposes. Many systems and tools are used across many countries to generate, store, and communicate data and information. The practical and efficient use of data is integral to their strategy moving forward, and data governance and quality are critical components.

- A pragmatic approach to data governance.
- Previous experience implementing data governance frameworks from scratch.
- Knowledge of DAMA Data Management Body of Knowledge.

- Experience with finance data, e.g., a chart of accounts, cost centres, etc.
- Alternatively, it suits someone already at the leadership level who enjoys practical hands‑on work, given your very small team. The key here is to leave your ego at the door and enjoy the doing and problem‑solving.
