Through Loop 2 Fund (our investment arm) and The House of Circularity (our platform for innovation & collaboration), we partner with B2B Climate‑Tech founders, corporate leaders, and investors to scale game‑changing startups that make sustainability both profitable and impactful.
We are looking for a Jr. Venture Associate—a highly organized, energetic, and people‑driven executor—to work directly with our Managing Partner. This is not a strategy role; this is execution, execution, execution. You’ll be at the heart of the action, coordinating between startups, investors, marketing, and content teams while ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing
- High-Impact Execution & Coordination
- Work side‑by‑side with the Managing Partner, ensuring follow‑ups, actions, and meetings translate into tangible results.
- Project manage across Loop 2 Fund, The House of Circularity, and our broader ecosystem of ventures.
- Own the calendar, logistics, and follow‑ups for key meetings, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ensure that all cross‑functional teams (marketing, content, venture analysts, startup founders) are aligned and on track.
- Venture & Startup Ecosystem Operations
- Liaise with startup founders, helping them navigate our investment process and accelerator programs.
- Support investor relations, preparing materials, tracking deal flow, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Help track, manage, and execute pilot projects between startups and corporate partners.
- Content, Marketing & Events Execution
- Work with our marketing and content teams to coordinate thought leadership, newsletters, and social media.
- Help organize The House of Circularity events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement with industry leaders.
- Contribute to crafting decks, presentations, and key reports for investors, partners, and startups.
